CAR SEAT RECALL
Dorel Juvenile Group (DJG), in cooperation with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in certain Cosco, Maxi-Cosi, and Safety 1st child restraint systems.

WILL YOU ATTEND OUR SELF-DEFENSE CLASS??
In light of the recent crimes against women on the SOUTH HILL, we have partnered with the SPOKANE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE to provide FREE SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES.
Tentatively scheduled for December 1st or December 8th from 6pm to 9pm.
IT IS A FREE CLASS.
Please let us know if you are interested in attending... We will need the names of everyone interested, your phone #, as well as birthdates. We are capping the attendance so that everyone can get a MAXIMUM experience. Please email this information to melissaandbob@yahoo.com.
We will go over: voice inflection, eye contact, posture, and practical exercises. We will talk about the legalities of personal protective devices -- what your rights are when it comes to protecting yourself.
The topics will be AVOIDANCE, DETERRENCE, and SURVIVAL SKILLS.
