OKAY SOME TIPS THAT WORK -- thanks for your suggestions!!
1) Shooting for Froot Loops... Put Froot Loops in the potty, have your little one aim for the Froot Loops.
2) Peeing on a tree outside helps potty-train.
3) Favorite superhero on the front of the underwear. Kids don't want to potty on Spongebob.
