WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR PICTURES!!! The super-secret wedding was covered by one single media outlet: People Magazine. Rumors say People paid in the $2 million range, more than covering the cost of the wedding itself, which was estimated to be at least $500,000.
People says she had a Chantilly lace dress created for her by Monique Lhuillier. Next week's issue will have ALLLLLLL the pictures. Can't wait.
Their wedding planner described the ceremony as “a spiritual expression of their love” for a “very special couple” and involved classical music and the couple’s favorite Bible readings. The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Garth Brooks, Paula Abdul and David Cook attended the ceremony.
The couple paid for all 250 rooms for the entire weekend. This is a big time wedding folks. Law enforcement shooed people away who got too close and weren’t a guest. Roads were shut off. The Ottawa Citizen says everyone in town connected to the wedding, as well as employees of the resort, apparently had to sign confidentiality agreements. That means no cell phones and NO cameras.
