POST WORKOUT RECOVERY TIPS

OH MY, came across these wonderful post workout tips, and we know they can help you too.

1. Drinking pickle juice after working out will diminish cramping.

2. Tart cherry juice post-workout will prevent muscle soreness.

3. Nonfat chocolate mile is the best post workout drink because it's the perfect carb/protein mix.

4. Eating watermelon after working out hydrates you better and faster than drinking water.
