A 7-year old New York boy stole a locket for his mom for Mother's Day. He returned with his father two weeks later, to return the stolen merchandise along with the apology letter.Owner Rony Vardi said the necklaces were placed in a candy dish and believed the boy could have mistaken it for something free.
