Talking about how a US Airways flight had to return to the airport in Orlando, shortly after takeoff because a disruptive mentally disabled teenager refused to turn off his laptop.

According to FBI Special Agent David Couvertier, flight 192 doubled back to Orlando International Airport when the 16-year-old boy became unruly. He did not harm any passengers or crew members, but it was the decision of the flight staff to have the boy removed.
